Google is providing a huge amount of different services. And the Google team is adding new ones all the time. The latest, quite nifty one is what I would call the “Google Health Watch”.

By counting the search terms on e.g. “flu vaccine” “flu medicine” or flu cure” per region, Google can create a World Map overlay to display probable epidemic outbreaks. If you want to see this in action go to http://google.org
